Founded in 2010 in the vibrant city of Regina, Saskatchewan, LATINO Bake Shop is a proudly small local fast food company bringing the bold, authentic flavors of Latin America to the prairies. We specialize in both frozen foods and ready-to-eat delights, with our hot meals served fresh at the Regina Farmers’ Market every Wednesday and Saturday. From the beginning, our mission has been to share a unique culinary experience with our community—starting with our signature product: “Empanadas”. Crafted with care and bursting with flavor, our empanadas draw inspiration from Chilean and Argentinean traditions, offering a variety of fillings, such as beef, chorizo, chicken and vegetables that celebrate Latin American heritage. LATINO was founded by Gustavo (Gus) Roger, a passionate food artisan with deep roots in South American cuisine. What began as a small venture to introduce empanadas to Regina has grown into a beloved local brand, now offering an expanded menu that includes Churros, Tacos, and our newest creation—“Adobo, corn tortillas chip” (this product is not available at RFM).
