Serving the Regina community since the summer of 2010, LATINO is proud to bring the vibrant flavors of Latin Americato the heart of Saskatchewan.
We specialize in crafting handmade 
​Empanadas, Churros, Tacos, and our new creation - “Adobo Chips", (corn tortillas chips)

Since 2010 LATINO, Bake Shop has proudly been a cornerstone of the Regina Farmer's Market (RFM), offering the community a taste of Latin America through our delectable empanadas. These authentic delights, rooted in Latin American culinary traditions, are made by folding tender dough over a variety of flavorful fillings, such as spiced chorizo, beef, chicken, vegetables, and more. While our empanadas draw particular inspiration from Chilean and Argentinean cuisines, they also celebrate diverse flavors from across the continent, making each bite a cultural experience.

Leading the way is Gustavo Roger, our passionate owner and operator. With a background steeped in South American cuisine and an enduring dedication to his craft, Gustavo has become a familiar and cherished figure at the RFM. Latino Bake Shop began its journey by offering frozen empanadas for customers to enjoy at home. Over time, we’ve expanded to serving ready-to-eat options, bringing the vibrant essence of Latin American street food to Regina. 

We’re also thrilled to introduce new Latin American favorites to our lineup, including the rich and indulgent CHURROS. Of course, we continue to feature our iconic Tacos de Adobada—flavorful pork marinated in a spiced sauce that’s simply unforgettable.

CHURROS, Spanish style.
It is a type of fried dough from Spanish cuisine, made with choux pastry (without eggs) piped into hot oil. It should be light and pillowy inside and crunchy on the outside. The most traditional way is to enjoy your churros by dipping them in chocolate or dulce de leche. ​
